Now In: Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return items in their original package and original condition from the date of receipt. Upon acceptance of your return, Weddingfavorusa will issue you a refund or exchange less shipping and 6% processing fees. Special (custom or engraved) orders will not be accepted for any reason. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. You must contact us immediately in writing via E-mail at sales@weddingfavorusa.com prior to returning any items. Include your order number in the subject field. Written notification of your need to return your product is required.

Please follow the return instructions given. Please return the item with the original packaging and paperwork. Weddingfavorusa is not responsible for packages that are not received or are not returned to the correct address. Please insure the package for its full value. Keep the return tracking number to confirm delivery.

After we receive your package, it will be fully inspected before issuing an exchange or refund less shipping charges and processing fees. Weddingfavorusa will not refund or exchange a return that has been engraved, shows signs of wear, alteration, resizing, scratches or blemishes. Returns that we have no written record of and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.

Easy Return Process: 1. Contact us in writing. 2. Follow all return instructions given. If you are given a Return Authorization code, you must write this clearly on the box you are returning. 3. Include all paperwork and pack in original packaging. 4. Insure your package: Less than $500: ship via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached it's destination. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.) 5. Request a tracking number and/or return receipt for confirmation of delivery. We will notify you of your return. If we have any questions regarding your exchange or return, a Weddingfavorusa customer service representative will contact you either by phone or email.

Sorry, but we cannot offer this service if the item has been discontinued, or on any personalized items.

This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.

DAMAGES
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements.

All damage or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS.
