We are proud to offer ground shipping on every order within the US. Expedited Shipping is available upon request at customer’s expense. Shipping will be $12.95 on most orders, except for Hawaii or Alaska. In some cases where items are glass or may be heavy additional charges may occur.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
All orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will incur an additional shipping and handling fee and ship via US Postal Service Mail. Please add 5-7 days to projected delivery time. You will be contacted via e-mail if additional shipping and handling fees apply.

Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted.

Weddingfavorusa reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified.

DAMAGES

Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements.

All damage or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS.


Canceling an order:

No cancellations will be allowed after 24 hours of order placement. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy for easy returns.

Signature Requirements for Delivery:

If your delivery is over $500.00 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from UPS/FedEx. If your delivery is under $500.00 and shipped via UPS/FedEx, they still require a signature. These requirements are for your protection while tracking your package.

You will receive a tracking number on the confirmation e-mail we send you after your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package with our shipping carriers:

International Orders:
We are not accepting International Orders at this time. We do not accept credit cards issued outside the United States because we are unable to verify the billing information. Orders with this information will be flagged and put on hold.You will be contacted via e-mail and/or telephone.
